I am 36 years old. A fire sprinkler fitter by trade, I guide upland hunts and train pointing dogs as a part-time / full-time past time.

My wife, Connie and I live in southwestern Wisconsin. We own three dogs, two German Wirehaired Pointers and one German Shorthair Pointer. The two wirehairs are titled versatile champions and my shorthair will run in September 2006 to try for her versatile champion title.

I am very active in the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA) and also a past board member of our local chapter. I have also been involved with volunteer work for the Whitetails Unlimited, NWTF Jakes day, Boy Scouts of America and USSA.

When I get a chance to kick back, I enjoy upland hunting in Iowa and the Dakotas as well as locally. I also love to bow hunt and have been fortunate to harvest several big game animals.
